Informe de practica social plan de contingencia actualizado ante caso probable o confirmado de covid-19 en una clínica de tercer nivel en la ciudad de Barranquilla, Colombia

El presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo presentar el plan de acción para la atención de pacientes con diagnóstico probable o confirmado de COVID-19 en la Clínica Centro S.A. de Barranquilla, Atlántico, como resultado del proceso de práctica del primer período del año 2020. Haciendo uso de la metodología descriptiva, las intervenciones se llevaron a cabo a través de tres frentes estratégicos: capacitación, vigilancia e infraestructura, vinculando respectivamente, tres elementos valiosos para la atención: talento humano, auditoría y seguimiento constante a la cobertura, y gozar de una infraestructura óptima que garantice la efectividad en la operatividad, cuyos resultados permiten ver que todo el talento humano de la organización estuvo presto a brindar su colaboración, así como a acatar todas las actividades propuestas. Se concluye que para la clínica, la implementación del presente plan de acción está asociada a la disposición del personal asistencial y el desarrollo cabal de sus funciones en la atención, compromiso en tomar las medidas preventivas y correctivas que garanticen la mitigación del virus en sus instalaciones, en términos de infraestructura, capacitación y vigilancia en las acciones para la atención. Se recomienda a la institución hacer un correcto aprovechamiento de las adecuaciones realizadas en relación con los espacios, mantenerlos y cuidarlos. De igual manera, a través del área de calidad, controlar y evaluar periódicamente al personal en torno al lavado de manos, uso de material de protección y demás protocolos, evitando que estos se dejen de cumplir.The objective of this project was to present the action plan for the care of patients with a probable or confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 at Clínica Centro S.A. from Barranquilla, Atlántico, as a result of the practice process of the first period of the year 2020. Using the descriptive methodology, the interventions were carried out through three strategic fronts: training, surveillance and infrastructure, respectively linking three valuable elements for care: human talent, auditing and constant monitoring of coverage, and enjoying an optimal infrastructure that guarantees the effectiveness of operations, the results of which allow us to see that all the human talent of the organization was ready to offer their collaboration, as well as to comply with all the proposed activities. It is concluded that for the clinic, the implementation of this action plan is associated with the disposition of the healthcare personnel and the full development of their functions in care, commitment to take preventive and corrective measures that guarantee the mitigation of the virus in its facilities, in terms of infrastructure, training and vigilance in actions for care. It is recommended that the institution make adequate use of the adjustments made in relation to the spaces, maintain them and take care of them.
